Your rating for this listing
Flyover Fritter is a great spot with a fun vibe and comforting food. The flavours were well done, portions were generous, and everything felt freshly prepared. It’s the kind of place that’s easy to enjoy, whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a relaxed meal. Service was friendly and welcoming, tho a tad slow, our dessert took some time to get served but the overall atmosphere made the experience enjoyable. While there’s a little room for refinement, it’s definitely a place I’d return to and recommend. A solid choice for good food and a laid-back dining experience.
We turned up for dinner at around 8pm and was seated in 10minutes without a booking. The staff were all incredibly friendly. The food was extremely delicious, my friend and I were just eating in complete silence in awe of all the flavours and textures. I highly recommend the trip out if this has been on your list!
Flyover is truly one of the most delightful restaurants ever - I went last weekend for the first time for the "Mad for Madurai" set menu for Valentines Day. Firstly, the staff are wonderful - warm and knowledgeable - and to see a kitchen and dining area staffed by so many South Asian women was a joy. The food was phenomenal - the serves were generous for a set menu, and it was so great to see Tamil/South Indian food specifically being showcased. The pongal was unbelievable (super rich and creamy), the uttapam was loaded with fried garlic, onion and other toppings and the peanut chutney was incredible. Not a single dish missed the mark and I'm not exaggerating when I say the besan ice cream was so good it made me cry! (I cry about everything but weeping over ice cream is a new one, even for me.) You can tell how much love, care and passion has gone into Flyover. I wish them all the best for their continued success and look forward to eating there many more times!
Mind blowing food and drinks! I've not had a better coffee flavored martini - the filter coffee martini was so good that I got two! All the chats were very well done. We visited from Austin, Texas because I randomly came across an instagram video of their besan laddoo soft serve and besan laddoo is my husband's favorite dessert. I am so glad I took the chance - would totally visit again if we lived here!
This was a delightful experience, especially as someone with a garlic intolerance. They brought out a dedicated 'no onion no garlic' menu which was honestly already enough to win me over. The food was incredible, packed with wonderful flavours and creative twists on Indian dishes. Will definitely have to come back to try the rest of the menu!
Amazing food, and nice place with good vibes. Highly recommend esp.if you looking for tasty, non oily indian street food full of flavours, made with love. Will be coming back again
Had dinner at the Fritterie after seeing posts on Instagram. The dishes are really tasty and fully of flavours. Balanced between spice and spicy. Enjoyed the meal in a relaxed and friendly environment. Good food for the prices.
beautiful ambience good music good staff and good food. Loved all the items that i picked. Chai, sabudana vada, vada pav, and besan laddoo soft serve with the nuts stole the show. Keep in mind if you’re coming alone make sure to come hungry. Portion sizes are good for the price point so you’ll be stuffed by the end. Overall amazing vibe
